All sessions are one hour unless noted otherwise. Our usual Freestyle sessions are as follows:
Monday: 9:15 AM, 10:15 AM. 4:00-5:00 PM, 5:00-6:00 PM
Tuesday: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:15 AM, 10:15 AM
Wednesday: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:15 AM, 10:15 AM
Thursday: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:15-11:00 Adult Edge
Friday: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:15 AM, 10:15 AM. 4:00-5:00 PM, 5:00-6:00 PM
